SUDAN STORY 1

John’s mother left early in the morning, carrying him 2 miles to the Goli Hospital OPD because he was vomiting and was unwell during the night. His mother said that this hospital is helping a lot, especially for people with young children.

The child's mother told us: "The health of children John’s age can get worse very quickly and if this hospital was not here I would have to travel on foot to Yei, which is 16 miles. I know families who had to do this with their children and some of them died on the way. I am so thankful that this hospital is here in our community."
